3. Liability for Slippery Surfaces: The customer acknowledges that products containing oils (such as body oils, essential oils, body washes, and bar soaps) can create slippery conditions in tubs and showers, and the customer assumes all liability for slips, falls, or resulting injuries.

4. Home Fragrance Safety Compliance: The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe operation of home fragrance products, agreeing to never leave burning elements or mists unattended, keep them out of reach of children and pets, and place them exclusively on heat-resistant surfaces.

5. Proper Storage and Shelf-Life Management: Kee'vae, LLC is not liable for product spoilage, contamination, or degradation resulting from the customer's failure to store products in a cool, dry place, or from introducing water or foreign bacteria into waterless formulas.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kee'vae, LLC and the venue from any claims brought by third parties resulting from your products or booth operations.
